It's not being spoiled, we call those types of people "Social Climbers" as in, even though they don't have any money at all, they still work hard to make themselves look like upperclass men. If you are asking how they got those gadgets, most of them are probably fake, yet some people just show it off to those who don't have it yet. And then those who haven't got that gadgets yet, buys it from the store and shows it off to another person who still hasn't got it, and the cycle just goes on and on and on.
