It is really hard to get celebrity to follow you n twitter, Especially big one's like Justin Bieber, I've tried to get Niall Horan to follow me, I tried everything, And it just didn't happen. Just keep trying, If you tweet him loads he may think your like obsesed and that might freak him out. Hope i helped Smile
