Hey alina,twitter doesnot support GIF file,it support JPG only and you can get an animinated pic to design your background by going to account setting-
>design,look for animinated pic for your background, select the pic that you like and that's it.All these settings can be done if you use twitter on a computer or your phone as a mini computer.Hope i help you Smile
