They don't have time either. If your actively applying and they like you, let them ask and then update the page. Otherwise don't even give it to them. It's in the interview you tell them you'll bring a print out when you update it or some malarkey. Once they see you it will be a done deal anyway. But I do think there are some good free sites on getting specific positions and even information about specific companies and their webpages, articles by former and current employees and how to get the yob. I wouldn't want to work for people who are too skittish anyway. That's not my type of working environment and that type of person in never happy until they give you an early coronary.
