My Parents never understand/listen.. HELP?

In this case, you shouldn't listen to your parents. I had the same problem(and I still do), I got really depressed when my mom told me that she doesn't want to hear about my boyfriend, she even didn't want to meet him. However, I stopped paying attention to what she was saying. This is YOUR life and the best thing your parents can to is to give you an advice, but the decisions are only yours. You are not a kid any more and they have to understand this, but if they don't want to listen, then don't bother talk to them about it. Be happy with your guy, enjoy your relationship, and I know it sounds wrong, but sometimes parents can be over-protective. If you are sure that your boyfriend is a nice guy and that he loves you - be with him no matter what.
