the key to getting a lot of repeat business is being easy to schedule and being able to find comparables that allow the most loans to close without compromising your license. While a trainee, your work on appraisals will be reviewed and approved by a fully licensed appraiser who will decide what parameters they are willing to allow in terms of selecting the comparables and adjustment factors. So I'd say quick turnaround time is your biggest selling point, if you are able to get that done through efforts you can control.

Then just call around to the loan officers in your area and tell them you are looking for business and can turn things around quickly. That should help you get started.
