Welcome to our world! The key is marketing. I'm sure you're working under a licensed appraiser now, but finding your own business is key to getting out on your own by the time you accrue enough hours to become fully licensed. Unfortunately, most of the websites online, do not accept "trainees". What I did to get started is do appraisals for family and friends and charge them a small fee. If you have Wintotal software they have a ton of idea's to kick start your business. Their software is MORE the well worth the price.
