Hi Natalie, I work with the Department of Human Services in a team that responds to questions about Centrelink payments and services on social media sites like this. You should be able to renew or replace your card online. You can find information about how to do this here: http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer...f-claiming
As long as you're registered for online services, when you log on you can use the "Request a document" option. Hope that helps! Smile
