What should i do in the situation like this?

So it's kinda a long story.i know my best friend's twitter password cuz i used to tweet from her acc.so she always wanted to be friends with people i was friends with.like my classmates,their friends etc(we go to different schools).and once in dec i was hanging out with her and she started telling me about the girl i know(my ex-boyfriend's ex-girlfriend),how she talks to her on twitter and ask.fm.she gave me the link to this girl's page and told me to check it up.i did.they were just talking about random things like fav movie,song blahblah.so it wasn't like very weird.but today i went on to her twitter page and checked her dm's(yes i know it's very bad and i'm sorry).i shouldn't have done it.i saw her convo with this girl.it was about me.my bf tweeted about me ignoring her during the winter break.we didn't see each other very often bc i was feeling bad and couldn't leave my house.that girl was like 'do you think she's your real friend' and my friend was like 'we've been friend for forever.but i kinda want to stop communicate with her bc she pisses me off and she's also obsessed with one shitty actress and movie(she meant court and scream ) and stuff.'so yeah,this is it and i have no idea what should i do.:'(Help please.
