Very easy

just search for languages exchange websites

http://www.conversationexchange.com/
http://www.italki.com/my/default.htm
http://www.iwanttospeak.net/

and there is more and more

I'm doing the same
I'm teaching somebody Arabic and he is teaching me English Big Grin
this is the best way to learn very fast

P.S. search for a native speakers
