ugh, it sounds like they are directing you towards the wrong plug-in! I don't know how to fix this but I can tell you that I also had an IMPOSSIBLE time setting up FB video calling on my Mac as well. It just kept asking me to install the video calling plug-in over and over. I think it's still really buggy. Anyway, I found a good workaround – the Rounds video chat app. It's a third-party app on there but it works really well so far – http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/conv...bannerid=0
