I usually try to send a "Wow, you need a hug" type message back. But usually they've blocked me. That's very cowardly: send a hateful e-mail then block the person so they can't e-mail you back!

Outside of an occasional nutter on here, I don't have to deal with it much. Luckily no one's ever attacked me on my Facebook page.
