If you're unsure, run a virus scans. I typically suggest people use Avast (free), Spybot Search & Destroy(free) and Malwarebytes(free). Also for further investigation if your computers security has been compromised, read up on an application called "HijackThis"(free). I will provide a link to these in source description.
