Computer freezing alot?

Here are some of the reasons for computer freezing:
1. Out of memory
2. Installed Programs or games that is not compatible with your computer.
3. Virus/Malware

Possible solutions would be:
1. Upgrade your RAM.

2. Uninstall unnecessary programs and files.
3. Install a good antivirus.
