There are static and dynamic Webpages. In static, users cannot interact with the webpages while in dynamic users can interact. Web 2.0 marks the beginning of dynamic web pages. For example, Automatic update of a web page like Facebook when new posts pops in or a live football or cricket match score which keeps on getting updated without the users intervention. The option for you to change website control positions dynamically. These are the benefits. Hope you understand.
