Has social Media devalued the power of photos?
Has social media improved the power, or hurt the power of the photo? There are iconic social media photos that get spread around the web like wildfire, but since people post so many photos to the point where it is overkill has that hurt the power of the photo? An example of this is when a Navy sailor returns home after WWII bends a nurse over and kisses her in the middle of commotion and chaos this photo is more influential than any social media photo ever. There are plenty more examples I can list but photos before social media seem to live on, while social media photos live for about three months then lose a significant amount of popularity. What is your opinion will a very influential photo come out of social media?
