He didn't. Judge England certainly hasn't issued a notice of default -- Orly Taitz filed a request for a default, the court didnt order one. Her "proposed order" isn't signed by a judge. The only signatures are Orly Taitz and the person who sent the document to all the parties. The title even says "Request for a default judgment and a Proposed Default Judgment."
Obama hasn't even been properly served in this case, so he can't possibly have defaulted. Taitz claimed to have served Obama in his private capacity -- but she hasn't personally served him. She DID serve the Attorney General on January 4, which means she served Obama in his capacity as President.
