You got to get out of that spiral. I think almost every dude has been in this situation at least once in his life. Start doing the stuff you want do, not want you think will get her to notice you. Unfriend or block her on facebook so you aren't even giving yourself the option of noticing what she's doing, or who's she talking to. It may seem really difficult to just abandon this now but you'll be glad you did at some point later on. It's not healthy
