Is it possible to pay a girl to be your girlfriend? Highly considering this?

Okay, hold on. First things first.

1.) You need some ****ing confidence! Girls do not want to go out with someone who has 0 self esteem and thinks so negatively of himself. Even if you are butt ugly, if you carry yourself with confidence(not cockiness) and take time to look your best(proper hygiene, hair, clothes, etc.), then I'm positive that girls will like you better, or at least notice you more.

2.) Do not ****ing starve yourself, you're only damaging your health, trust me, I've done that and it doesn't solve anything, just makes you gain more weight in the end. Instead work out and eat healthy. Plus, being 6 feet, and 160lbs. is normal, it's a healthy weight for your height, dropping down to 130 will put you in the unhealthy category with a BMI or 17. Girls don't like skinny guys. Well, some might, but I would much rather think that they like HEALTHY guys who take care of themselves. If anything, you should gain weight in muscle.

3.) Plastic surgery is not the way to go. You need to learn how to accept yourself, and deal with the things you can't change. If you can't love yourself, you can't love others. Getting a different voice and face isn't going to change your chances with girls. They might me more drawn to your looks, but in the end they stay for your personality. Looks are not everything, trust me. I've liked guys being of their personality and actions over their looks hundreds of time. ( Ex. I had a crush on a turian because of his personality and then later accepted his appearance).

4.) Just because a girl likes someone else over you, does not mean that that someone else is a jerk. Theirs obviously something that the girl likes in him, and it's probably his humor or personality, or same interests. Don't judge him just by the clothes he wears. Most girls don't care how much money you'll make, or that you like politics, they'll care about who you are.

5.) Relationships aren't everything. The world does not evolve around having a girlfriend. Go hang out with friends, get some hobbies, find out who you are and do what you enjoy. Looking for love will just pull you even more away from it. It comes at the most unexpected of times, or some shit like that.

6.) To answer your initial question, yes you can pay a girl to be your girlfriend minus the sex. I think it's called being a Sugar Daddy. Just know that if you do that, the relationship will not be genuine.
