Which system is better? The US system of creating fluff jobs, or the European one giving $ directly?
The US has a low social safety net, but generally strives to use its financial resources to create low paying "fluff jobs" for full employment.
European countries have a high social safety net and generally tolerates high unemployment by giving the money directly to those out of work; as opposed to creating fluff jobs for them. Each has comparable growth rates and GDP per capita. Which is superior and why? Ads |
