How can you tell if somenoe has block u on facebook or ignore your friend request??

If you block someone, they are not notified. If you click "Not Now" on a friend request, they won't be notified either. However, if you delete the request, they can visit your profile and see that they need to resend their friend request, and figure out that you deleted their friend request.
