i follow 2000 people on facebook but i am not allowed by twitter to follow more why while the others have so?

There is ratio between follow to followers that applied once you follow 2000 users.
You should have more followers to be able to continue following others.
If you doing mass follow to get follow backs, you should unfollow those not following you back.
