Will someone get my twitter message if I "@" them?
I don't follow them, they don't follow me. I just wanna get this message to someone, I don't mind if my followers see it. But will she? I just put the @(herusername) and sent the tweet, will she get see/get the message?
Note: this isn't someone famous
