I have a question in regards to the validity of using social media tools such as linkedin and Facebook as vali?
I have a question in regards to the validity of using social media tools such as linkedin and Facebook as valid tools in the recruitment of skilled and non skilled individuals.

Has any individual or organisation have any examples on how they developed or how they use their social media recruitment policy? I am interested in primarily seeing how they can be used in the development of a successful recruitment strategy and if their results can be traced from a profitability aspect
