I can't think of what exactly you meant by that. You either DO deactivate someones account or you DON'T. It's just one click. If he finds out, that's up to you. I mean, it's clear that if you're at this persons house and she goes away for a second, comes back and wants to login to facebook and it doesn't work anymore, you are going to be the main suspect. It all depends on your behaviour.
