Whenever i try to view my messages on facebook i cant see previous messages, or send and receive them either?
this happens on both my laptop and iPhone regardless of whether they are connected to wi-fi or not, please help!

iPhone: there was a problem connecting to Facebook, please check your connection and try again
Laptop: doesntshow any messages
