I have a basic question about Twitter?
How do random people (who I don't follow and who don't follow me) see my tweets?

If I'm just a random person, and I type #_____ whatever topic the "blank" is ---- will anyone on twitter notice what I typed about #____ or only people that follow me or how does that work?? Thanks...
What a useless answer that first guy gave...
