If someone has blocked you on Facebook, and they like a photo of you (or you like a photo of them)...?
... can they see that you have liked it? And can you see if THEY have liked it?

In this case it is a friends' photo. Me and the guy who blocked me were both tagged in the photo. Can he see if I have liked the photo? Will it show? And will I be able to see if he has liked the photo? Will it show to me?
