If I accidentally post something on someones Facebook wall but delete it right away, can they still find out?

If she has it set up to her email ONLY if she has it set up will she get it and besides its not a big deal.Honest mistake.If she gets that mad about it Shes not a good friend anyway.Dont stress over something this little there are far more important things going on in the world right now to stress over.
