If we comment on some page on facebook it will appear in our friends wall right, so how do I stop it?

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do. It bothers me as well. The only way is for your friends to remove that option by hovering over your name, hover over "Friends" and go into "Settings" and removing the check marks beside "Comments and Likes".
