Here is facebook's community standards guidelines, which are listed below. That image cleary does break facebook's guidelines as stated here:


" We do not permit individuals or groups to attack others based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition. "

I suggest you report it again, and instead reference their page and quote their own text.
