Eh, it happens. (Actually, there is no definition of 'normal'.)
If you feel like you would rather be alone, that's fine. I also only had a small group of friends when I was in high-school. There's no need to be "Mr. Popularity" (although that's the message that anonymous society and mass media is trying to 'program' you with). Truth is ... when high-school ends, everyone goes their separate paths in life anyway. Some go to college; some go into the workforce. Some move away. ~~~~~~~~~ However, later in life, if you still carry that "I don't care about making friends" thought-pattern, well, don't expect to have any friends. The 'loneliness' thought-pattern may well increase because of that. Ads |
