Well, it's already been made clear to you that he is busy and is not into instant and demanding relationships. You've talked, flirted, spent a bit of time together.... it is taking it's course. It's still only been 2 months since you met. Perhaps you are so involved with your butterflies that you haven't let him know your interest is growing. Perhaps you were given the correct information from the start that he doesn't have time to spend his college years pining away distracted by nearly instant "butterfly" romance.

Hang in there! This is all, possibly, right on course.
