Basically it is a trite statement saying to use social media on your site. Basically to set up a FB page and some twitter and what not, to enable your customers to provide feedback to you. Web 2.0 refers to sites like FB, Twitter, Tublr, Blogger.com etc. that allow anyone to set up their own little piece of internet real estate.
