It's whenever the Facebook Gods decide your time has come! And oh, ye shall embrace the new design, forgetting forever the disgraceful past. And ye shall harken when the next design comes out, and ye shall cry out, defending the timeline to the last, until it too is but a forgotten Facebook layout.
