motherboard with the 990FX chipset
Anywhere from $150 or so to $300.
8gig RAM ($70)
Decent case ($40-$100 depending upon features, size, and mfg).
80+ Bronze certified power supply - cost about $10 more than a non-80+ power supply but you will save that $10 in a couple of month's electricity usage.
DVD drive: $18
1TB HDD $60
