No they don"t know that you are at their profile if you aren't friends with someone.If you see that your friend have facebook now you send her friend request and you see that she accepted your friend request right now and you comment on her profile she sees you are online and you comment that Thanks for accepting my friend request and she still going to see you that you comment it and she going to answer your question.Hope this Helps Smile
