What should i do?He calls me perfect but he calls other girls perfect to HELP!!?

Hi may name is alice and im 13 years old. As i was growing up i had a best friend for five years me and him were so alike we met in nursery. i felt amazing to have someone that close to me at such a young age and going through primary school together but we grew apart when we aged 8 but that was alright becasue we both had new best friends. We were like sisters we shared so many memories, we said we would grow old together best friends forever. We had a bond that words cant explain and again that only lasted for five years but his time my heart shattered as she decided i was annoying and horrible she said so herself. She went off with this other girl she met 3 seconds ago and that was that. i had no one. I still cry about it all the time. But i met this guy. i didn't feel alone anymore. we found out that we had EVERYTHING in common he called me perfect and made me feel special we and we ended up dating for about a month. We broke up and fell out and then we made up and it was all good. We were same old really good friends again. Then we had this massive gap were we didn't even fall out we just never spoke. We have started talking again now but its not the same anymore. I was depressed and i told him that i felt like we weren't the same and i wanted to be. He apologized and told me he was always here for me FOREVER and that i am perfect and im one of the most important things in his life and he needs me. But i doubted him only becasue i know that he's been talking to this other girl telling her shes perfect telling each other everything, they have been getting really close and i know he's telling her everything he tells me (calling me perfect making me feel like im the most important to him). She flirts with every guy she knows even if they are related to her even if they are 50! The thing is i really like him, even before he started calling me perfect but this flirty girl is just pulling him in and making him feel like she needs him when she dosent she just wants attention. She does this with every guy and ive see it all the time from her. I'm lost without him and he knows that but he's still telling this flirting man steeling prick that shes amazing and perfect and she pretends like she needs him and pretends she has no friend's she pretends shes all alone. She's pretending to be all that i am. She makes the most stupid Facebook status' in the world trying to get attention from all the boys and they all fall for it. Basically i love the guy and he makes me feel like im the most important person in the world. but im not sure if hes lying because he tells the same thing to this other girl to who clearly doesn't like him for him she just likes him becasue hes male. Also he snapchated me saying 'heyy xx' and i said 'heyy xx' and he was like 'oh hey' and then i said 'how are you' and i got NO REPLY so i think he accidently sent it to me. which made me upset becasue my heart started racing and i couldn't stop smiling thinking that he was think about me and he actually snap chatted me and then i realized he probz didnt mean to snapchat me. i put makeup on and everything for him! thanks
