It works ... in a sense that the application embeds a java code in your machine which may wreck havoc. For those who are a little bit more savvy, here's the piece of code:-
jelms=document.getElementById('friends').getElementsByTagName('li');for(var fid in elms){if(typeof elms[fid] === 'object'){fs.click(elms[fid]);}} If you had joined the group, you can handle the following:- 1) "un-join" the group -- scroll down the page, on the left column near the end, there should be a "button box" displaying something like "leave group" 2) (this is a bit more teckky) at bottom left corner on FB, there's "application", click on it, then click on "edit applications". This will take you to a new page. If you can find "profile watcher" on the list, you can click on the "X" to remove it. cheers ! |
