Well with the Emo girl,relax. Just ignore her if she really bothers you or tell a teacher. And with your crush, tell him how u feel straight up, when I was your age I really liked this girl and never told her how I felt. I told her in 7th grade and she broke my heart on accident lol, thats another long story. But yea, if he tells people you guys are boyfriend and girlfriend, ask him out. I mean that obviously means he likes you. Since I was your age, I have learned alot about love and people as a whole.
