My bf stood me up again after a horrible day ! Please help?

Yesterday I tagged my bf in a pic on twitter saying the sweetest stuff I saw he was on twitter but chose not to respond to my tweet I asked him about it and he said he didn't respond bc the picture was from last year while telling me I do the most . I started crying and he got angry saying I set myself up for things . He came back apologizing and said he spoke with someone about it so I forgave him. After he said he would come stay over around 9 as the time passed I didn't hear from him I called no answer I text him and I saw where he read the text . I'm so hurt idk what to do pleas help
