You'd have to prove that you had an "expectation of privacy." If this was in public or at a party you don't have a case. Basically, the person would have to be spying on you.

You'd also have to prove you were damaged in someway. Damages are usually considered physical injury, financial loss, professional defamation, or extreme emotional torment (being "really mad doesn't count. We're talking seeing psychiatrists…).

You'd also have to figure out who posted it.

I don't think you have a case.
