Depends on how it got disabled. If you did not login for 3months then it would have automatically disabled, but then once your login again it starts running well.

Then press send.

Facebook can take time to reply, don't worry it would take maximum around 48hours, though mostly it is solved in less then 6hours.
Your disabled account becomes operational once again.
