Haven't heard from her after first date?

So I'm on a dating site called okcupid and I got to talking to really nice girl on there. Last night we met for the first time and had our first date for New Year's Eve. We met at restaurant and hit it off wonderfully - there was rarely an awkward moment between us and we kept a conversation going like old friends. Later we met a friend of hers at a bar to bring in the New Year and though our conversation tapered off between us and went to her and her friend I felt like we were all still having a good time. I thought it was a great night and I really felt good about it, but I haven't heard from her ALL DAY today...I texted her this morning saying I had a good time with her but never got a reply, and I sent her a facebook message saying the same thing basically, but it says she hasn't read that yet (but I know she's been on, which is odd).

The only thing I can think of that could have made the date go sour was I eased my hand on her knee at one point just to show a little affection and to see if she'd be receptive. When her friend stepped out I asked if that was alright but she said she didn't want to move too fast, though she assured me not to take that the wrong way and said she enjoyed my company...other than that I was a complete gentleman, and I am so confused as to why she hasn't contacted me when I thought we had a really awesome date. For anyone that has any experience or perspective on this, what do you think? Should I contact her again? Wait? I am really into her and this is so disappointing...
