Need help Managing a Facebook Page?

Something isn't right with this question. Your company has a Facebook page, but it's linked to a terminated employee's personal account? It sounds like your company's management is very sloppy to give that responsibility to a mere employee, rather than an owner or someone in management where the company's owner knows all passwords. In the very least, management should have known the passwords just for the reason you state.

So, I'm guessing that this other person hasn't been terminated and you really want to sabotage this page so that she IS terminated and you are made manager. Slick.

Now, if the true story is the one you originally stated, you need to talk to management and ask what they want you to do about it. They may need to take legal action against this "terminated" person to either get her passwords so the page can be transferred or get her to transfer it to someone else.
