Firstly, make sure that you are using the right email address and password.

Secondly, if your details are correct but you are still unable to log in, request a new password through the facebook "lost password?" process. It will ask you for several methods of verifying who you are, and will let you choose a new password.

Make sure your email account is secure otherwise whoever 'stole' your facebook page has access to much more than facebook...
