If someone adds you or sends you a message, they DON'T have access to your profile. YOU have access to THEIR profile since they're the ones who sent the friend request, but they can't see anything about you.
In case you're wondering if you can change privacy settings for when YOU add people or send a message to a non-friend, nope, you can't do that anymore. Anytime you send a friend request or message someone, the other person will automatically have access to your Profile Pictures, Basic Info, Work/Education Info. They won't have access to your Wall or other apps though. Ads |
