I had two facebook accounts with the same email, but I deleted one of them, so can I reactivate it somehow?

If you "Permanently Deleted" a facebook account, after 14 days the deletion becomes permanent and the facebook account can never be reactivated. If the account was "Deactivated", then it can be reactivated again merely by logging on using the original email address and password.
