First you need to regain access to your account so go to this page http://www.facebook.com/help/contact_us....9603972907 this is where you filled out some information to regain your account, facebook can take hours to reply.

Then once you are able to login it becomes easy to deactivate your account. Go to this link https://www.facebook.com/deactivate.php and deactivate your account.

There is no other way to deactivate an account besides logging in.
