Its long, but PLEASE READ AND HELP ME!!!! Its important!!!?

Im 15 and my boyfriend and i have been dating for five months now. I don't have the best relationship with my mom and i get grounded a lot. So i always have my phone taken away so my bf gave me an old ipod i could use to text off of with an app. I got caught after having it for a month so thats how long im grounded now. I am on my kindle and have been using my email to talk to him. Lately it has been taking him days to respond and he used to be within 30 minutes. Also last weekend i was at my dads and snuck phone calls at 1 or 2 and he woul be out with our friends which happen to be girls and some girls i heard of but do not know. And every time i called, he ended up staying the night. Now it was at my friends house and i trust her but if the situation were put in reverse he would flip shit if i stayed at a guys house. And ive been watching his facebook and he is posting stuff like snapchat me or someone call or text me! And he is good looking so its no one but girls liking it so that leads me to think he is snapchatting girls when he hates when i snapchated guys.
He tells me he misses me and loves me and just sent a sweet email telling me all that and how he will never leave me and of course its been days and no response from my email yet. I also think you should know that im not the best at saying what i feel so he doesn't really know this is bothering me, but then again i dont have the chance to tell him.
With all that sajd.... Could i just be over reacting and there is nothing wrong or does this situation seem sketchy to you too?! I just feel like he is tired of dealing with no communication and not being with me and started looking or maybe already found something better. I just cant lose him...he is my everything and he was my first time and i just need everyones input and advice !

***and i dont need people telling me im too young for a relationship like this or im too young to be having sex with him or nothing. I want real advice that could help me!
